Fieldhouse Attendant - Concierge
Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Fieldhouse Concierge to work in our new athletic facility, The Fieldhouse. The Fieldhouse Concierge provides warm, welcoming hospitality by serving as the first impression, facilitating member needs, and maintaining the Fieldhouse spaces. In this role, you will work in an energetic environment alongside supportive teammates with the opportunity to build relationships and create moments that matter every day.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.
- Be the go-to person for all things in the Fieldhouse - classes, personal training, youth programs, facility offerings, and overall Club operations.
- Greet members with a warm welcome, help them with check-in, and assist with reservations.
- Support retail spaces with product knowledge, merchandising, and assisting our members.
- Help maintain and tidy locker rooms, gym floor, fitness studios, and racquet sports courts.
- Assist the Fieldhouse Caf when needed.
- Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.
Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:Education & Experience
- At least one year of experience in a customer service setting. Club experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Availability
- This position is full or part-time. Hours of operation are 5:30 AM- 8:30 PM, seven days a week.
Salary, Benefits, and Perks: - $13.50-18.00 per hour (including base wage and service charge)
