Employee Training Manager


Job Details

The Employee Training Manager will oversee the training and development program for all brand-focused employees, including the onboarding of new employees. The Manager will work In conjunction with the BBNA Technical Training Team to deliver the training needed for branded employees to perform functions properly across all disciplines, including sales, estimating, project management, clarification, project assistants, and construction consultants. The focus is to maximize opportunities for a successful employee to be fruitful, engaging, profitable, and long-term in their role. Develop, plan, organize, maintain, travel to, lead, and teach employee training for brand specific product, services, brand pricing software, forms, procedures, sales training and any other Building Solutions within the U.S. and Canada.\Assist the BBNA Technical Training team.
