Customer Service Representative needed ASAP for local insurance company!

Pay Rate = $15 - $17 depending of if Licensed in insurance

Duties Include:

  • Quote new business by phone or walk-in
  • Process new business applications or to rewrite cancelled policies
  • Follow up on leads and referrals
  • Quote policy changes
  • Process policy changes
  • Prepare client lists of upcoming policy renewals
  • Call clients 30-45 days prior to policy renewal to schedule appointments for an annual policy review
  • Capitalize on opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and multi-line customers
  • Review premium change reports and contact clients to review coverage and pricing
  • Remarket clients when needed as part of the renewal review
  • Review and respond to underwriting requests from carriers

Other Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Answer the phone in a courteous manner
  • Assist as interpreter with Hispanic clients
  • Enter payments on the computer as needed
  • Enter new clients into the agency management system
  • Fax documents
  • Scan documents and upload to agency management system or carrier websites
Schedule: 40 hours a week,
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible shift time)
