Responsibilities:
Booking Management: Handle incoming inquiries via email, chat, or phone regarding travel reservations, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities.
Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and special requests effectively.
Travel Consultation: Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements, ensuring they receive personalized travel experiences tailored to their needs.
Reservation Processing: Utilize booking systems and online platforms to make reservations, modify existing bookings, and process payments accurately.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and communications for future reference and follow-up.

Requirements:
