**About the Role:**

We are looking for a Test Analyst with a proven background in all aspects of testing. Experience is key as is a clear understanding of software testing and what it encompasses. In hand with this, you will have the opportunity to feed into processes and improvements both within Digivante and also for our clients. You will need to have strong stakeholder management skills (both internally and externally) and an ability to communicate efficiently. Must be very self-driven and demonstrate proficient workload management. This varied and interesting role means you will work in a fast-paced environment working with a wide variety of different customers.

**In this role youll get to:**

* Input into test standards and quality guidelines

* Train and upskill other team members

* Analyse business requirements/ user stories and design appropriate test conditions which meet test standards and quality guidelines

* Complete test execution adhering to established standards and techniques, document results and produce clear informative defect reports

* Report on work progress ensuring any risks or issues are raised with the Test Manager for escalation if required

* Ability to raise new defects and review community defects to expected level of competency

* Communicate and contribute to the resolution of any defects raised including triage calls when required

* Become an expert in Digivante portal- project admin, managing cycles/ packs, investigating community issues

* Process community results accurately and efficiently

* Define or contribute across all required test documentation, cases and compile test data when required

* Act as peer reviewer of test documentation and conduct static testing on other documentation such as blog/ website content, ensuring adherence to standards

* Take responsibility for client deliveries, including planning and reporting

* Proactively seek out work during quiet periods

* Proactively seek further knowledge in relation to the portal, testing and other departments to become better and more well rounded

* Build strong relationships with other departments with a can-do attitude

* Understand each of the 3 core pricing models (Start, Grow, Scale) to aid the sales/ marketing teams when required with support from Test Manager

* Understand and be able to deliver each of the Digivante testing services

* Contribute and implement improvements to testing services and ways of working Be flexible and available to work beyond core hours when required

**We are** **looking for people who have:**

* Minimum of 5 years experience in a testing role or 7 years in an IT role with transferable skills

* IT Degree and/ or holding an intermediate ISTQB or ISEB qualifications, showing that you understand the fundamental theories behind Software Testing and how they are implemented into a commercial environment

* Proven track record of delivering to a test plan

* Excellent articulation and effective communication skills to senior stakeholders

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills

* Excellent understanding of eCommerce websites

* Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and where testing fits at each stage

* Testing experience in both white and black box testing

* Automation experience

* Hard working and eager to progress

* Self-starter that can work on own initiative and does not need to be micromanaged Provide examples of applying a problem solving and analytical mindset
