OVERVIEW

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The purpose of a Talent Development Supervisor is to help cultivate employees skills and knowledge to align with district s strategic goals and organization's workforce. The Talent Development Supervisor works in tandem with school leadership to attract, onboard, motivate, engage, and help retain top-performing employees. Establishes and maintains strong, positive working relationships with District and school leadership to support planning and implementation of projects, programs, or initiatives. Collaborates with senior leaders and other District staff to develop short- and long-range plans for assigned programs or functional areas.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Five (5) years of HR or related work experience required. Nine (9) total years of HR or related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED)
