Essential Job Qualifications: The Maintenance Technician is required to work relatively independently. They are required to perform multi-craft repair work on building and equipment as needed. They must also create work instructions and documents. They are required to maintain the sprinkler system, fire system, roofing, Plater and repair various machines to include CNC and screw machines. They also must be willing to work in confined spaces, extreme heights, wear a respirator and lift heavy objects. They are required to work with high voltage electrical systems. They also must respond quickly in a professional manner to a multitude of stressful situations. They are required to maintain a power equipment license. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the companys mission statement and the overall business objectives.
