THE PART-TIME SALES LEADER DUTIES TO INCLUDE: Delivering an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired, ready to connect, and eager to return. Modeling and coaching service and selling skills while, helping customers find the perfect card and gift solutions. Leading store associates when the Store Manager is not available, providing feedback along the way. Communicating daily priorities, goals, and business information, while maintaining fun and supportive team environment.
