We are looking for a skilled Entertainment Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting pleadings, responding to discovery requests, preparing for and conducting depositions, and handling all aspects of litigation strategy in both state and federal courts. Trial experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, and correspondence for state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
Handling complex discovery requests and responses
Negotiating and communicating effectively with opposing counsel
Conducting and defending depositions
Preparing for and presenting oral arguments at hearings
Trial preparation, including exhibit lists, motions in limine, and witness preparation
Drafting appellate briefs when necessary

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver
2-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation
Strong litigation skills with proficiency in drafting and responding to legal documents
Experience with discovery processes and deposition practice
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills
