First Four Staffing is currently recruiting for multiple Accounting Analyst roles in Mobile, AL. These are full-time, direct hire roles with good benefits and plenty of room for professional growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as processing in-house payroll.

Responsibilities
- Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
- Perform administrative support functions
- Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
- Handle monthly and quarterly reports
- Handle day-to-day operational accounting duties including Accounts Payable and In-house Payroll
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1-2 years' of experience working in an operational accounting capacity (AP, AR, Payroll)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
