The Westerner, located in West Valley City, UT is seeking a creative and detail-oriented part-time Event Decoration Specialist to join our team. This role offers competitive pay of $30 - $40 per hour, making it an excellent opportunity to bring your design expertise to life in a dynamic environment.
THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN EVENT DECORATION SPECIALIST
As a part-time Event Decoration Specialist, you will benefit from a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your personal commitments. You will be responsible for setting up dcor on Thursdays or Fridays before 6 pm and handling dcor removal on Mondays or Tuesdays between 9 am and 2 pm. This position entails approximately 6-10 hours of work per week.
In this role, your day will begin with collaborating with clients and our event planning team to understand their dcor requirements and design plans. You will select and purchase various materials, such as balloons, fabric, paper products, and lights, to create visually appealing event spaces. On setup days, you will meticulously arrange furniture, floral arrangements, lighting, and other decorative elements, ensuring all details meet our high standards. Following events, you will efficiently break down and remove decorations, maintaining our commitment to quality and safety. Throughout the process, you will work closely with the event planner and management staff to ensure seamless coordination of all event elements.

- At least 21 years of age
