Job Summary:
+ The LTC-Residential Assistant is accountable for assisting with personal care to residents in accordance with their care plan.
+ Follows proper procedure in performing medication administration according to policy and procedure.
+ Performs housekeeping duties to maintain a sanitary, orderly and attractive environment.
Education and/or Experience/Licensure
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
+ Basic Life Support Certification required within six (6) months of hire.
+ Completion of medication administration training required with six (6) months of hire.
Work Schedule
+ Day/Evening/Night Shift, every third weekend, every third holiday; 72 hours every 2 weeks
+ 6:00am-2:30pm
+ 2:00pm-10:30pm
+ 10:30pm-6:00am
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
+ $18.25 - $24.00 per hour
