Job Summary:
* The LTC-Residential Assistant is accountable for assisting with personal care to residents in accordance with their care plan.
* Follows proper procedure in performing medication administration according to policy and procedure.
* Performs housekeeping duties to maintain a sanitary, orderly and attractive environment.
Education and/or Experience/Licensure
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
* Basic Life Support Certification required within six (6) months of hire.
* Completion of medication administration training required with six (6) months of hire.
Work Schedule
* Day/Evening Shift, 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm; PRN (as needed)
* One weekend per month
* One winter and one summer holiday
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
* $18.25 - $24.00 per hour
