A U.S. regional bank holding company is looking to hire an Operations Specialist.
Location: Remote, Green Bay, WI
Pay: $23/hourly
Contract: 2 Months
Hours: 1:45 pm-10:15 pm CT
Responsibilities
- Receive/review incoming work, prioritize accordingly and contact appropriate resources as needed to meet SLAs.
- Minimize risk by following all regulations and rules pertaining to operational area and report deficiencies to leadership.
- Assist in the development and presentation of training.
- Escalate suspected fraud to Financial Intelligence Department and leadership for resolution.
- Enter transactions into PC, verify accuracy; and balance general ledger accounts/applications.
- Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records.
- Perform fast, effective, accurate, and courteous service to customers and banks.
- Prepare, edit, distribute, and/or correct specialized and/or complex documents.
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback and trends in problems or situations involving various product activities.
- Review processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency opportunities and recommend to leadership, as applicable.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of Banking, Financial Services or Operations Experience
