Yardi Product Support Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Yardi Product Support Analyst for a contract position with a client located in Cleveland, OH. This is a remote role with expectation to travel to Cleveland, OH for onboarding.

Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of proven experience supporting YARDI Voyager 7s/8 GL, Fixed Assets, Multi-family, Residential, Affordable, etc. This experience is REQUIRED.

Pay/Salary Range: $40-50/hr

Yardi Product Support Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Support end-users with system and user issues, troubleshooting and doing root-cause analysis of issues

• Work with vendor and Yardi Administration team for system-related issues

• Train and mentor current team on the intricacies of Yardi systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support; 3 years minimum of experience supporting Yardi. Yardi Voyager 7s/8 GL, Fixed Assets, Residential, Affordable, Multifamily, etc. Required.

• Experience in supporting a team through implementation and integration is helpful

• Team Leadership experience required

• Exemplary professionalism and communication skills are essential to the success of this individual
