Byers Engineering, a MasTec company, is seeking a Part-time OSP Design Support in support of a large-scale telecommunications project. Position requires experience with outside and inside plant in aerial and/or underground facilities, with a thorough knowledge of all issues related to federal, state or local government permitting; as well as pole and conduit licensing procedures with utility permitting agencies. Must have experience with obtaining necessary agreement, license, or any other type of approval regarding deeds, leases, easements, and rights-of-way (ROW).
