Junior Interior Designer

Job Details

• We are looking for an ideal candidate that has excellent creative thinking skills and has experience working on High-end designs for both commercial and residential designs. The candidate should be confident and have great communication skills to work with both contractors, vendors and clients on a regular basis. Most be open and flexible to perform various responsibilities throughout the company. Some travel will be necessary. Part time or fulltime position available. Flexible work hours are available. Room to grow with in the company.

Responsibilities

• Create designs and layouts for various projects
• Assist owner/lead designer with their projects
• Meet with client to establish the objectives and design needs of the projects.
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients
• Create quotes for clients and ensure project needs are taken care of.
• Maintain industry knowledge.
• Assisting Lead designer/owner on projects

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in interior design.
• proficient in SketchUp and Enscape
• Well organized
• Microsoft office, excel skills a most
• Social media management preferred
• familiar with FF&E is very helpful
