FHIA Remodeling is hiring immediately for a Purchasing Manager in our Fort Lauderdale, FL location! This role ensures timely and cost-effective acquisition while maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the Purchasing Manager will manage the Coupa process to streamline purchasing workflows and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong procurement skills, including vendor management and negotiation, to support our organization's goals effectively.

What Youll Do:

  • Manages processing of all ordering for all locations of the company
  • Manages the entering all purchasing information into the company's system and updating the associated employees with delivery dates and/or issues
  • Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking
  • Assess, manages, and mitigate risks
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
  • Attends Operations meetings as needed
  • Work with Sales, Field Marketing, Customer Service, and other members of operations to resolve issues
  • Manages finance associates to overseeing all conventional loan documents are accurate, complete, and meet lender requirements
  • Ensures all jobs are following designated timelines from Sale to Measure, Measure to order
  • Manages Coupa processes and procedures
  • Assigns KPl's to all associates and coaches, guides, and praises
  • Lead and execute purchasing strategies

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven working experience of three (3) or more years as a purchasing manager
  • Familiarity with souring and vendor management
  • Solid judgment and strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and resolve customer needs
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Carries out all position expectations in a professional manner and with minimal supervision
