Now hiring a Fulfillment Tech

The Fulfillment Technician performs functions focused on the fulfillment of communications via print and digital formats. This role performs multiple functions including but not limited to, operating a wide variety of printing and ancillary equipment, operating a wide variety of mail inserting equipment and postage meters, moving boxes and equipment, operating computers and computerized equipment, monitoring and filling out job ticketing software, following instructions from supervisors, and communicating effectively with other team members in both Digital and Mail production environments.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 6+ months of related experience preferred
  • Commercial mail inserting and sorting experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Process and produce Digital print/finish orders as specified by job ticket instructions
  • Monitor and maintain production job ticketing software, insuring timely production and completion of all incoming print orders.
  • Operate Digital printers, binding and other auxiliary equipment
  • Perform all phases of equipment set-up, operation and routine maintenance
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, to include cleaning and replacing serviceable parts when scheduled/needed
  • Responsible for ensuring quality during and after production process
  • Ensure effective communication with peers and business partners including across shifts
  • Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing department functions
  • Maintain neat and orderly work area.
  • Sets up inserting machines for insertion of different types of mail pieces into envelopes
  • Inserts materials into envelopes according to provided job ticketing instructions and machine capabilities
  • Monitor and maintain production job ticketing software, insuring timely scheduling and completion of all incoming mail orders.
  • Operates Post Meters and/or Scanning equipment as required
  • Responsible for ensuring quality during and after mail insertion process
  • Follow instructions of leaders and assist other team members in performing department functions
