**Job Description**
**Position:** Batch Cook
**Primary Areas of Responsibility**
* Responsible for following exact recipe specs
* Ensure proper rotation of fresh ingredients
* Ensure each batch is heated to the appropriate temperatures
* Responsible for returning recipes to Production Supervisor
* Responsible for turning in charts from chart recorders at the end of production
* Responsible for cleaning kettles and flushing lines at the end of production
* Other duties as assigned
**Physical Requirements**
* Must be able to lift up to 50-65 pounds up to four feet high without assistance.
* Required to bend, stoop, pull and push in performance of job duties.
