Job Details

Technical Product Manager, Electronic Arts, Inc., Seattle, WA. Plan, initiate, and manage technical projects. Develop product roadmap and specification required of infrastructure capacity management platform, and inform engineering teams on goals, scenario prioritization, and customer requirements. Establish product vision and long-term direction across production infrastructure capacity platform that influences PI&E (production infrastructure & engineering) wide strategy. Incorporate feedback from workload and operational partners, and live-site platform business reviews. Partner with customers (internal EA engineering, data teams and teams providing production infrastructure demand forecast, usage data pipeline) to better understand problems and collaboratively create solutions. Engage with external communities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations. Partner with other product managers to create cohesive strategies and roadmaps across organizational boundaries. Evolve the product discipline and practices within PI&E. Define product management documentation templates and standards. Create product management knowledge repository. Share best practices and patterns with extended PI&E team. Telecommuting permitted.
