In Salem, we specialize in the production and shipment of urethane belts, created in all size and dimensions. Our process starts with raw materials where we use manufacturing equipment and tools to process, package, and then ship the belts to customers around the world. A Belt Fabricator will spend most of their day operating or using production machines to build, cure, process, cut, package, and ship products. Shifts available: 1st Mo - Fr 7:00 am - 3:30 pm 3rd Su - Th 11:00 pm - 7:30 am Details: --> ABOUT YOU - Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs. Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance.
