Responsibilities:
- Talk to people to assess their work-readiness.
- Help with job searches, filling out forms, and meeting new people.
- Train individuals on job techniques and provide ongoing support to ensure success.
- Document progress and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driver's license and some lifting required.
- Pass background checks and drug screening.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional late nights.
