Duties
The Registerd Nurse uses clinical knowledge and professional judgement in providing nursing health care to students and staff. The registered nurse strengthens and facilitates the ducational process by modifying or removing health-related barriers and uses early detection to aid in the prevention of illness and disability. In addition, provides office support to the certified school nurse to deliver comprehensive school health services. The Registered Nurse will be on-site supporting Lake Forest High School's Transition Center which is located at Lake Forest High School West and services Transition Aged Students 18-22 years of age.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
* Valid Illinois Registered Nurse License
* Valid CPR/AED Certification
* Experience working as a registered nurse - preferred
Salary/Benefits
The starting rate for the 2024-2025 SY is $40.17/hour.
