Small 2-lawyer firm practicing in Real Estate, Domestic (family), Probate, Litigation, and Criminal needs immediate help to meet our client's growing needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate Attorney role in Wichita, KS. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating, representing clients in court, and drafting and reviewing legal documents.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited university
• Willingness to learn, to take instruction, and to operate independently.
• Experience providing legal advice and conducting legal research
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
• Admission to the Kansas State Bar or willingness to become admitted
• Experience representing clients in court is a plus
