Seeking an experienced Business Litigation Trial Attorney to manage and try complex business litigation cases from inception through trial or other resolution. The ideal candidate will have substantial case workup and trial/trial prep experience, a deep understanding of the law, and the ability to develop and execute effective litigation strategies. This role requires strong courtroom skills, superior legal acumen, and collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, depositions, pre-trial motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
- Represent clients in court, including trials as well as arbitration and mediation.
- Develop case strategies and advise clients on potential risks and outcomes.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and trial documents.
- Present cases persuasively in court and handle all trial-related activities.
- Work closely with clients, providing regular updates and comprehensive legal advice.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Stay current with developments in business law and trial practices.
