Pet Care Lead
This position is responsible for maintaining and exceeding Customer expectations by successfully completing these Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
+ Set clear team goals
+ Delegate tasks and set deadlines
+ Oversee day-to-day operation of play groups
+ Monitor guests and administer medication
+ Motivate team members
+ Discover training needs and provide coaching
+ Resolve any emergency situations
+ Facilitate the completion of extra services
+ Open and Close the facility
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications/Qualifications
+ Previous animal care experience
+ Ability to lead large groups of employees
+ Desire to work in a fast-pace environment; ability to multi-task
+ Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors on a daily basis
+ Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
+ Ability to stand up to 8 hours
+ Operate basic computer software
+ Flexible schedule including nights/weekend/holidays
Pay Rate - $12.00 to 16.00 (hourly)
