Our client is a beauty industry leader that is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with a strong digital marketing professional background to join their southern Florida office.

Growth Marketing Manager Requirements
- Ability and desire to relocate to Port St. Lucie, FL and work ON SITE (not remote or hybrid)
- Managed websites with 200k+ users/month or more
- CPG marketing experience within the last two years, selling a physical product DTC
- A proven track record of executing and deploying performance testing and promotional campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Editor, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta.
- Ability to analyze data and report on key KPIs including CPS, CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, Repeat Rate, etc.
- Budget management experience with at least $600k/month in performance-focused paid media ad spend for one client on Meta
- Ability to run clean multivariate creative, audience, and landing page tests
