What we do:

Haynes Wire specializes in a metalworking process that reduces the cross-section of wire by pulling it through a single, or series of, drawing die (s).

What you will do:

  • Reduce the diameter of wire by skillfully adjusting machines to pull the wire through a series of holes (or dies)
  • Operate Centerless Grinder
  • Set up and operate large industrial machines
  • Inspect wire
  • Operate hoists, pulleys and various other hand tools
  • Read and understand production orders


What we expect of Machine Operators:

  • At least one-year experience within a manufacturing facility
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to check your own work for accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good work ethic and attendance


Benefits & Pay:

  • Starting pay is $21.80-$23.00 hourly. With good performance, additional pay increases occur within 3 months and at 1 year
  • College tuition reimbursement is available for employees and scholarship opportunities are available for their children
