**Responsibilities**
* Vacuuming
* Dusting
* Mopping
* Cleaning restrooms
* Trash removal
* Other duties as necessary
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
* Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
* Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
* Must be able to work well under minimal supervision.
* Must have strong attention to detail.
**Qualifications**
* Be 18 yrs or older.
* Must pass background check and drug screen test.
* Must have a *reliable* vehicle, a valid driver license and willing to travel from site to site.
* Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
* Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
* Excellent organizational skills a must
* Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
