GENERAL SUPERVISOR:
Under general supervision the Delivery Technician, is responsible for:
* The delivery of medication, infusion medications, and/or equipment and supplies in assigned department of Community Care Services: Home Infusion, eHome Health Care, or Pharmacy Advantage.
* May require equipment installation or set up.
* Maintains positive relations with clients and patients and assists with satisfaction surveys as needed.
EDUCATION:
* Requires high school diploma or GED.
LICENSE:
* Requires valid State of Michigan Drivers' License, and a satisfactory driving record.
ADDITIONAL SKILL SETS:
* Requires the ability to read maps or follow GPS and locate client homes in the Metropolitan Detroit area.
* Ability to effectively communicate with patients.
* Ability to move, lift or carry packages, equipment and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds.
* Company vehicle provided in Home Infusion and Pharmacy Advantage.
* If working in eHome Care, requires own dependable transportation.
