To assist the Assistant Manager and Retail Store Manager and leadership team with the day-to-day store operations and store performance to meet or exceed budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Greet and acknowledge all customers. 2. Participates in the pricing, displaying, and selling of store merchandise within price ranges established by Goodwill management. 3. Issue refunds and credits according to company policy and procedures. 4. Accurately calculate discounts and other special offers 5. Bag, box and wrap merchandise 6. Use cash register, scanner, or other equipment to total sales, accept payments, or process refunds, credits, and exchanges. 7. Ensures the proper rotation of all store merchandise. 8. Manages store's loss control by watching customers and employees and reporting suspicious activity to Loss Prevention. Ensures that items are not given away without authorization. 9.
