Job Details
Processes requests for orders, quotations, follow-up on quotations, customer returns/credits in a manner consistent with company policies and standards. Works with sales, fabrication, credit, inventory control, and warehouse personnel and other various departments to facilitate the needs of the customer. Investigates order entry, shipping, and billing errors and coordinate solutions with the appropriate departments and follow it through to completion. Utilizes the online learning system to understand the technical aspects of products and services to a degree that effectively facilitates the order process and demonstrates an acceptable level of competence as defined by management. Ensuring access to all current company literature and technical information available online and utilizing them as it relates to products and services offered.
