Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Full cycle Accounts Receivable: billing, cash applications, reconciliations, month end journal entries, etc..
- Backup for payroll (we will completely train you on this, no experience required)
- Assist in automation for AR (looking for a continual optimizer)
- Support cross-training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
If someone is up to it (but not required):
- Monitor and manage daily cash transactions to ensure sufficient cash liquidity.
- Assist in forecasting cash flow and developing cash management strategies.
- Collaborate with banking partners to maintain and improve banking relationships.
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to upgrade and streamline FPA processes.
- Help design and implement effective treasury strategies.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- AA degree in Accounting
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with an ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc...) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
