Job Details

Looking for a driven, witty, and personable Customer Success Representative (Member Advisor) for our growing software company, Bonzo. Person must have at least 1 year experience in digital customer relationship role. Bachelor degree in marketing or communications preferred, but not required. Understanding of the mortgage, real estate, or insurance industry a giant bonus.


You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via live chat, zoom, phone and email. You will engage with customers daily by taking ownership of their needs, providing a timely & accurate resolution, liaising with our Sales team when needed and delivering exceptional customer support. You will work on a variety of items with the Support team and meet clearly set timelines on projects and tasks. Embracing the ethos of Bonzo, with a belief in our product, this is a client facing position and you will play a critical part on our Support team.


Duties include:

-Onboarding new customers on our platform

-Replying to customer questions and feedback in a timely fashion

-System admin tasks

-Having fun
