Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a SYSTEM PROVIDER SCHEDULER to join our team!

Under the direction of the System Hospitalist Manager along with Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners creates Hospitalist assignment templates and schedules for the Aspirus system, inputs and maintains provider templates in scheduling software system (Qgenda), coordinates and tracks provider Continued Medical Education (CME), PTO, FMLA, and meetings, and maintains constant communication of schedule information with site leaders. Hospitalist schedules include Wausau, Divine Savior, Stevens Point, Merrill, Riverview, Langlade, Rhinelander, Tomahawk, Medford, Ironwood, Iron River, and Keweenaw.

HOURS: Full-time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours per two weeks pay period. M-F 8-4SIH AND OCCATIONAL AVAILABILITY FOR WHEN A PROVIDER CALLS OUT AND COVERAGE NEEDS ARRANGED.

Experience/Qualifications

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Possesses excellent communication skills and strong verbal and written skills.

Possesses computer literacy required relative to the software programs utilized at Aspirus.

Possesses/obtains superb working knowledge of Qgenda to support providers and the other users of the program.
