E-commerce Specialist


On-site: La Puente, CA


Contract role: 4 to 5 months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Website and Web Portal Management:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company website and web portals.
  • Database Management:
  • Assist in cleaning up and managing databases, including address standardization and validation.
  • Order Management:
  • Assist in managing orders from Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Handle daily order processing for Newegg Vendor.
  • Inventory Control:
  • Monitor and control stock inventory levels.
  • Warehouse Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure timely shipments to Amazon FBA.
  • Metrics Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track various metrics and run reports for analysis.
  • Prepare reports to identify key metrics.
  • Creative Advisory:
  • Provide advice on alternatives for verbiage, placement, and timing for creatives.
  • Presentation Assembly:
  • Assist in assembling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Compliance:
  • Follow ISO/TL9000 requirements as they pertain to the position.
  • Other Duties:
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required

  • E-Commerce Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
