E-commerce Specialist
On-site: La Puente, CA
Contract role: 4 to 5 months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Website and Web Portal Management:
- Assist in maintaining and updating company website and web portals.
- Database Management:
- Assist in cleaning up and managing databases, including address standardization and validation.
- Order Management:
- Assist in managing orders from Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Handle daily order processing for Newegg Vendor.
- Inventory Control:
- Monitor and control stock inventory levels.
- Warehouse Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure timely shipments to Amazon FBA.
- Metrics Tracking and Reporting:
- Track various metrics and run reports for analysis.
- Prepare reports to identify key metrics.
- Creative Advisory:
- Provide advice on alternatives for verbiage, placement, and timing for creatives.
- Presentation Assembly:
- Assist in assembling PowerPoint presentations.
- Compliance:
- Follow ISO/TL9000 requirements as they pertain to the position.
- Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required
- E-Commerce Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
