Seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney. This position offers the opportunity to represent clients in all phases of workers' compensation litigation, from initial consultation to appeal. This is a fully remote role in California.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation cases and manage caseload from beginning to end.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials related to workers' compensation claims.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with legal advice, updates on their case status, and guidance through the workers' compensation process.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Stay current with developments in workers' compensation law and participate in continued legal education.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California State, with a good standing in the state bar.
- Experience in workers' compensation law.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a high caseload and a variety of workers' compensation cases.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
