What you will be doing:
Processing inbound customer service requests received either by phone or through the client portal in a production-based environment. Specific duties include:
- Completing various types of Department of Motor Vehicle forms, including applications for repossessed vehicles and reassigning vehicle titles to new dealers.
- Completing requests for Release of Liens, contract copies, vehicle titles, and paid-in-full letters
- Contacting Department of Motor Vehicles, dealers, and customers as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients
- Assisting with Title Service Representatives I training
- Willingness to obtain a Notary Public certification
What you will bring:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), some college is a plus
- 2-3 years' experience in Title Servicing or similar position
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience working in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail; ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Ability to work well with people at all levels
- Possess a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
