Title: Warehouse Support
Location: Tulsa, OK
Overall Purpose:
Responsible for materials and inventory management functions.
Must be Forklift certified.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Order placement and tracking, receiving, stocking, selecting, packing, shipping, and supplier performance management.
- Coordinating the collection and delivering of company supplies and media.
- Maintaining records to measure productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
- Utilizing mechanized systems to provide balance accuracy, create efficiencies in report data, track cost, and maintain budget analysis.
- Ensuring security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, procedure verification, and system review.
- Auditing incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
- Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED: - Operating Forklift
- Receipt and distribution of material.
- Accurately maintaining inventory.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Time management skills with little supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Multitasking ability
Additional Information: At times, NPWs may be allowed to use company vehicles for various tasks. Clean driving record and successful DMV-related required. NPWs are not permitted to take company vehicles home or keep keys overnight.
