Customer Service Representative
Summary: CRG is searching for a Customer Service Representative in Loxley, AL! Opportunity: Contract (8 months in length)
Pay: $16/hour
Location: Luxly, AL (100% on site)
Schedule: Monday-Saturday 10:30am-7:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience within a call center environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
