We are currently seeking Seasonal Operational Associates to work within our operations departments
The position consists of being engaged within various departments within our Operations division including, Deposit Services and Bankcard Services to support the team, Customers, and daily tasks
The position is full-time starting June and ending in August/September located at our Operations Center in North Wilmington, DE
Job responsibilities: Handle daily maintenance tasks on accounts/ cards and customer reviews Account and Customer Research requests for deposit statements and providing check copies
Handling reconcilement requests Reconciles, and balances general or subsidiary internal ledgers, and processes entries Document Retrieval by pulling checks for settlements and providing documentation Data review and document scanning Project work which may include data clean-up, account reviews and account establishments Requirements: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) starting in June and ending August/September
Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required
Must be receptive to on the job training, which includes shadowing and side by side Must be able to effectively communicate with various levels of management, as well as external and internal customers
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without an employer-sponsored petition for a visa, such as an H-1B visa
Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
A business-related or equivalent college major is preferred
Must have fundamental computer skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and orientation with Human Resources
