Driver-Sign-Poster Needed for Weekends & Some Thursdays/Fridays
COMPANY VEHICLE PROVIDED
Have you seen those "OPEN HOUSE" signs that appear on the street corners every weekend?
We need your help with putting those signs up and taking them down in Pasadena!
Our real estate company has multiple Open Houses per week, so we are seeking a very responsible and reliable DRIVER/SIGN POSTER who is looking to earn some extra money with a well-paying side gig.
You'll be provided with a map that shows exactly where to place the signs.
You'll also be provided with a company vehicle (a Honda Odyssey Van) to use during your work.
This is very independent work for somebody with a flexible schedule.
Signs need to be posted early in the morning on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Signs need to be retrieved starting at 4 pm on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
That means you'll have a lot of "free time" (6+ hours) after you post the signs in the morning but before you pick them up in the evening.
Occasionally, signs need to be placed on Friday afternoons (before 5pm) and retrieved on Friday night (After 7pm but before 9pm).
Simple side job and it pays great!
Approximately 20-30 hours per week (@$35/hr), depending on the Open House schedule.
Responsibilities
Once per week, pick up needed Open House signs from our storage facility in Pasadena
On the day of an open house, pack the open house signage into our Company Van
On Thurs, Sat, and Sun mornings, place the Open House signs at predetermined street corners (you'll be given a map)
On Thurs, Sat, and Sun evenings, retrieve the Open House signs from the street corners
Once per week, return the Open House signs back to our office in Pasadena
Qualifications
Clean background check, clean driving record, and up-to-date auto liability insurance
Available for the weekend starting at 8 am at the latest
Able to easily transport and lift 30+ open house signs
Reliability - Being on time or early for each task that is assigned.
Live and work within a 15-minute drive of our storage facility at 1885 Locust St, Pasadena
Excellent communication skills
