We are looking for Journeyman Electricians with a minimum of 2 yrs experience in the residential or commercial arena. We have a competitive benefits and compensation package and are looking for candidates who want to further their careers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Must have full and complete knowledge of how to best interpret and read project blueprint drawings.
- Must have the ability to layout any room or area with NEC compliant devices, luminaires and control.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of how to install all raceways and adhere to NEC compliant wiring methods.
- Must be comfortable working with your hands and a variety of tools.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair existing electrical wiring and systems.
- Must be self motivated and show great initiative.
- Daily Job Site Flexibility - Ability to adapt to daily changes and mobilize to multiple job sites as needed.
- Educated on NEC compliance. Ensure installation efficiencies and standards.
- Production - Monitor and manage field production and implement paths to improvement.
- Quality vs. Quantity.
- Best Practices - Improve processes & policies in support of Company goals.
- Monitor adherence to current policies.
- Safety - Lead by example. Enforce and promote all company safety policies and standards.
We perform New Construction, Oil Field and Service work - year round and our projects are in North CO, South CO and all over Denver.QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - Colorado Journeyman Electrician License (Preferred)
- Planning & Organizing, Communication, Influencing & Leading, Teamwork, Adaptability, Decision Making
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Background and Driving Record check required
