ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned)
- Cleaning and maintaining dishes, glasses and silverware.
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and back of house areas (Example.:coolers, freezers and general work area)
- Operating pot-washing machinery and dishwashers.
- Sweeping, mopping, emptying trash cans and taking out trash and boxes as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS- Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred.
ABILITIES- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to handle stressful situations during busy periods.
- Ability to bend and stoop repeatedly during the shift (Example:removing items from stoves, ovens or refrigerators).
- Ability to lift and carry between 20-40 lbs over short distances.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to make continuous and repetitive arm-hand movements (Example: washing dishes).
