PR:$34/hr-$35/hrAbout the Role: - We are looking for candidates with in-depth experience in banking systems, specifically Hogan, to join our team in a Temp to Perm position. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of retail operations, procedures, and related technology.
Responsibilities: -
- Lead and/or actively participate in Retail initiatives, including reviewing and researching data issues, operational maintenance on accounts, creating/updating procedural content, and completing other assigned initiatives.
- Provide ongoing operational support to Retail field and partners to ensure timely and accurate completion of customer/account profile updates.
- Partner with Line of Business (LOBs), Marketing Legal, Compliance, and Operational Risk to enhance regulatory reporting processes.
- Compile and provide internal client data for analytics, reports, and formulating client hypothesis.
- Provide simple analysis to support the production of client insights.
- Review internal processes to identify and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior leaders.
- Perform in-depth research using internal banking systems and external systems to review and remediate data issues.
- Autonomously complete all reports and research tasks assigned for accurate and timely regulatory reporting and operational risk mitigation.
- Develop rapport and communication with Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Reporting, and LOB partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve policies, procedures, and processes and make recommendations to management.
- Perform associate training.
- Utilize a strong understanding of Retail systems to suggest improvements for increased business and regulatory compliance.
- Effectively communicate at various levels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resolve conflicts and create win/win situations.
Education Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in financial services.
Required Skills: - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Analytical, process management, and conceptual skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with support partners.
- Understanding of financial products such as deposit & credit products, investments, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Retail operations, procedures, and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
