**As a Dunkin' Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include taking guest orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a positive experience to every guest. This fast-paced and team-oriented role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.**

**We start work early - no 9am-5pm shifts here at Dunkin':**
**Examples: 4am 10am; 5am 11am; 5am 12pm; 5am 1pm; 6am 1pm;**
**12pm - 6pm; 1pm - 9pm; 2pm 10pm**
****Requirements:****
**Must be at least 16 years old.**
**Prior experience in guest service or food service roles is a plus.**
**Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.**
**Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain order accuracy.**
**Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.**
**Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, as needed for stocking and cleaning tasks.**
**Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' and Company standards and procedures for food preparation, safety, and guest service.**
**ServSafe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.**
**Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for guests.**
