Job Details
We're looking for a Part-Time Houseman/Handyman for a 13k sqft residence in Brentwood. The client is only looking for someone to come one day a week (8hrs/day) - flexible on which day (including weekends). Can be split into two 4hr/days if preferred. You will mostly be responsible for the upkeep of the exterior of the residence. Responsibilities include exterior maintenance, minor repairs, leaf blowing, dusting off/covering pool furniture, and other tasks as assigned. Two small dogs on property, must be comfortable with dogs!
Salary: $60-$80/hr
