About the job:

The Associate will provide administrative and operational support to clients, custodian partners, and team members in a new office, with a competitive salary and annual bonus opportunities based on performance and company success.


Responsibilities:

-Own administrative processes, including client onboarding.

- Handle client and custodian partner requests for account administration.

- Organize and maintain client files, and ensure CRM data is up-to-date.

- Monitor and resolve daily time-sensitive activities.

- Maintain compliance-approved materials and provide support to the team.

- Manage ad-hoc requests and perform general office duties. About you:

- Computer savvy and quick to learn new software.

- Clear communicator with great listening skills.

- Team-oriented and discreet with confidential information.



Qualifications:

Experience at RIA or Broker/Dealer is a plus

Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center or another custodian is a plus

Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and DocuSign

Bachelor s or Associate s degree preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are very important as this role determines a significant part of the client experience

Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, ability to manage time efficiently, and prioritize projects
