The Beckley VA Medical Center is seeking an outstanding Optometrist to become part of the Optometry department
The group comprises very friendly, collegial, and very competent staff with three full-staff optometrists and a fee-based provider. Overall responsibilities are leading, advising, and performing administrative with some clinical responsibilities involved.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Preferred Experience but necessary:
- Prior leadership experience with strengths in mentorship, leadership, and section administrative management
- Clinical and leadership experience involving, but not limited to strategic planning, quality and process improvement, clinical operations, supervision, and leadership of direct reports within the VA system
